First of all, the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the location. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood, which was perfect for a peaceful stay. The service provided by the staff was commendable, and they were very attentive to detail. The basic amenities in the rooms were sufficient, and I particularly liked the comfortable armchairs where I could relax and enjoy a glass of iced water. The location on level 3 was convenient, and I was able to easily access my room. Additionally, the breakfast was included in the price, which was a pleasant surprise.
All was satisfactory, nothing to improve.

It was just 1 mile from beihai park. Connected to a bus stop by a short stroll. Take a look at Feng-Tai neighborhood, it's worth it...

Excellent food and restaurants, great location. Some staff were very helpful and others seemed like they did not want to work to solve problems. Housekeeping responded extremely well.
One bellboy would not assist us in calling a taxi. We had to go through many phone calls to obtain the main dispatch phone number. Business Office would not assist us in calling a taxi, but wanted to charge us 180 rmb to airport. Taxi cost us 70 rmb. This is not amusing to foreign guests from the usa. Receptionists referred us to business office and would not assist in calling a taxi.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, being within walking distance to all of the major tourist attractions in the city. From the hotel, you can easily explore the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, and other popular sites. the hotel is conveniently situated near the Wangfujin shopping district, providing easy access to a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options.
One negative aspect of the hotel is the limited availability of WiFi. the WiFi signal is only accessible in the lobby area and it can be unreliable at times.

Position was ok but far from Metro station. I had a "deluxe" room, which was definitely worth the money. I reccomend to spend a small difference for a much better room.
Restaurants were not so inviting or appealing.

Location, room service all were good enough for such cost. Plus Internet. Shopping area is only 3 bus stop away. Exchange is also there. Otherwise changing money in the bank needs much more time. What else do we need.
Hotel needs to change facilities in the bathroom. TV has only chinese channels. Will be if they add ESPN, Star sports, or movie channel

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms werevery comfy and tidy. The hotel's location was great, very close to the tourist attractions we wanted to visit. We also enjoyed the beautiful decor and artwork in the corridors.
Hard to think of anything. The only slight downside was that the hotel was not within walking distance of an delicious Muslim Chinese eatery.

We had businesses room. Its cheap, you get what you pay for. Wired Internet (1Mb). Network cable provided by the hotel. You can book tours to Great wall, Summer palace, Ming Tombs (and more) in the lobby. Big 47 inc LCD TV.
Hard bed compared to European hotels. The decor and furniture was old and had wear and tear, stains on carpet and curtains. A constant weird smell in the room like a damp basement, but it was within acceptable levels that you get used to. A lot of noisy construction going on outside at night times (we may just have been unlucky). Far away from the nearest metro station (1km+). But you can take bus No 109 there.
